Shipping & Returns
You may return new, unopened/unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus the original shipping cost.
The following conditions apply:
- You may return any unused product within 30 days of purchase.
- In the event of you receiving a damaged order please contact us within 24 hours so we can file a claim with the carrier.
- All returns must be unused and in original packaging.
- In the event that it cost more to ship your order than the flat $9.95 your refund will be adjusted accordingly. For example your order was $100.00 and you paid the $9.95 flat rate shipping and the actual shipping cost was $15.00 you will only be refunded $94.95 ($109.95-$15.00).
- In the event your item qualified for free shipping, the full shipping price will be deducted from the refund amount.
- No refunds will be issued on shipping.
- Please do not write or deface original packaging.
- Pack the product properly so it will not be damaged during shipping.
- Do not place shipping label on original packaging.
- All orders must have freight prepaid.
- It is your responsibility to insure the returning item for its full value to protect yourself from a lossed or damaged item.
- It is your responsibility to get a tracking number on returned merchandise. We cannot give you a refund for merchandise that does not arrive at our warehouse.
- Sorry, no returns on close-outs or special orders.

We strive to ship all orders that are received by 3:45 pm central time on the same day the order is placed, excluding weekends and holidays. If an item is backordered or unavailable we will notify you via email as quickly as possible.
*Please note - 90% of our orders are shipped using the United State Postal Service (unless otherwise specified). Make sure the 'ship-to' address is USPS deliverable. We are not responsible for packages that do not reach their destination due to an UN-deliverable address.*
Free shipping includes standard shipping methods only. Standard shipping may include First Class mail, Priority mail, UPS Ground, and Fed-ex Ground.
For your order to qualify for Free Shipping it must meet all of the following:
- Order value, not including taxes, must be $99 and over.
- Order must be being shipped to an address in the contiguous US only.
- If you reside in HI, AK, PR, or a US Territory, please contact us, we want your business and we will work with you on your shipping. Many times we may still be able to offer you free or reduced shipping rates.

We welcome most international orders as long as the following guidelines are accepted by the international buyer:

- All items shipped will have actual value posted. We will not mark as a gift or undervalue the product/products.
- All payments are accepted through Paypal only and they must be in US dollars.
- If you are not a Paypal member, payments can still be made using Paypal.
